Sunday 10:30am - 11:30am - Yoga for Recovery and Well Being

Regular practice of yoga correlates with increased wellbeing, including better sleep, better body awareness, weight loss, and greater happiness. By improving mindfulness, it simultaneously helps to boost compassion, gratitude, and "flow" states, all of which contribute to greater happiness. Early evidence suggests that yoga even slows down aging on the cellular level, perhaps through its stress-busting effects. Join this class to experience it for yourself

Tuesday 10:00am - 11:00am - Tantalizing Tuesday Yoga - Experience the Bliss From Within

This class is a Vinyasa flowing class with transitioning from one yoga posture to another. A vinyasa class is characterized by synchronizing movement with breath to create a meditative state of mind while heating and opening the body deeply. It provides sequencing that fluently bridges one posture to the next. Through deep concentration based on breath awareness, students find increased endurance, flexibility, circulation, and strength. This class will leave you feeling energized and relaxed at the same time.

Thursday 10:00am - 11:00a.m  Therapeutic Yoga For Stress Relief
This class is characterized by synchronizing movement with breath to create a meditative state of mind. The body craves movement and that movement doesn’t have to be intense or extreme – even the simplest of movement can be incredibly effective. There’s something very powerful about moving from a place of grace and ease that helps us break free from the habitual patterns created by the ego, which can cause harm and injury. Slowing down and being patient with your body will help you heal faster. So consider this next time you find yourself injured: sometimes we need to be given permission to slow down and be soft with ourselves. Give yourself that permission and you might be surprised by the effects.

First class is FREE for Everyone to Come AND EXPERIENCE UNITY IN HARMONY.
